It arrived well packaged, is soft and beautiful. You can remove the cover for washing. The contact fasteners are quite wide and hold well. And it has a bag to store it in when not in use, excellent.

Excellent product, the fabric is pleasant and you can adjust it according to your comfort. It has some reliefs that you can adjust to feel better. I like it, it comes with a cover to prevent it from getting dirty.

Good quality, sits comfortably on the neck, velcro strap is also good quality. The case it comes with is well made and wont tear on travel. Size is a bit smaller so consider that if you are tall . Inside is a memory foam like filling, not a true memory foam i believe but its good for neck pillow
